Allard Zoetman created an art video called “Shopping Carts.” Being filmed from his apartment’s window in Utrecht, The Netherlands, the video documents immigrant children using shopping carts as a merry-go-round. This poignant video has been later stylized with minor visual effects but the true story lies in the characters and the pecking order of their game playing.
